R&D Center of Shaanxi Tiangu Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.with an area of about 2000 square meters,set up a high-quality Quality Inspection and R&D Team.The layout of the R&D Center is mainly based on the standardized and high-level laboratory design for drug and food inspection,with a collection room,a retention room,a reagent room,a microbiological laboratory,an instrument room,a physical and chemical analysis room,a washing room,a high-temperature room,etc.and equipped with standard test bed,fume hood,dust removal and ventilation system.
Equipped with a Japanese High-performance liquid chromatography imported from Shimadzu,equipped with uv-vis detector,diode array detector,fluorescence detector,evaporative light scattering detector,differential refraction detector(mainly used for the content determination of medicinal materials and cut crude drugs).
Equipped with Shimadzu gas chromatograph,equipped with flame ionization detector,Electron capture detector(mainly used for the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues and content in medicinal materials and cut crude drugs).
Equipped with a shimadzu absorption photometer,a flame atomizer,a graphite furnace atomizer,a hydride generator atomizer and a cold vapor generator atomizer(mainly used for the determination of heavy metals and harmful elements in medicinal materials and slices).
Shimadzu uv-visible photometer,equipped with deuterium lamp and tungsten lamp,is mainly used for the content determination of some medicinal materials and slices.
Equipped with two Mettler 1:100,000 electronic balance,two 1:10,000 electronic balance,and two 1:100 electronic balance,to meet the weighing requirements of medicinal materials and slices for various tests.
Measuring dimension electro-optic biological microscope,Mettler PH meter,conductivity meter,resistance furnace,hot air drying box,water bath pot,electric heating jacket and other common instruments
